After a customer has reported their device as lost, Snuko provides the ability to produce a PDF report which succinctly summarises all the important information that has been captured about the device. This means you´ll have all the important tracking information to hand in a neatly laid out one page document to supply your local police department with. This will greatly assist in their investigation and ultimately the recovery of your device. |

Remote Mobile Dashboard

On the main menu within the Snuko Anti-Theft application, there is a "Go to Dashboard" option which allows users to view their Snuko online account information and protected devices within a mobile web browser compatible page. What this means is that if any of your Snuko protected devices are stolen, you can immediately access your Snuko account in just a few clicks to report it as lost directly from your Android or BlackBerry device or via the ‘Find My PC’ app for iPad/iPhone. This minimises time wastage in having to search for a computer with an internet connection in order to log into your account and activate Snuko Anti Theft. |

Finder Information Capture

When a device is reported as lost the lock screen that is displayed offers an honest person, who may have found the device, an opportunity to return it to its owner. They are able to enter their contact details and submit them, which are then published directly to the owners Snuko account allowing the two parties to get in contact with each other so that the device can be returned. This significantly increases the chances of device recovery (minimising the pay-out ratio on insured mobile handsets for insurance companies). |

Device Alert Notifications

Should somebody find your computer and submit their contact details, you will automatically receive a notification of this as soon as you log into your online account. This information will include details such as their name, email address, device number and a short message. |
